Greetings from Paratherm,

The SludgeBusters.  The Submersibles.

These are nicknames we've used for our team of talented professionals that handle sales and product support for Paratherm.  SludgeBusters... because when a fluid analysis, or a report of decreased production, indicates a possible problem with acid sludge formation, these professionals get to work to help bust that sludge loose(ask about our system cleaning products).  Submersibles because, similarly, they go deep, with probing, experience-based questions to find out what may be causing an application or system problem.

The team helps people new to hot oil, or planning a new application, to select the right fluid for the circumstancesParatherm manufactures a wide range of products including, at the upper end, a fluid capable of withstanding temperatures of 650ºF, and down in the cryogenic range, another fluid capable of -88ºC.  In between these extremes, food grade fluids, mineral-oil-based and synthetic fluids, and fluids for single-fluid heating and cooling complete the product line.  With this range of choices, it helps to have experts to sort out the best option for each set of conditions.

The team also helps solve emergencies when they arise, give maintenance and fluid analysis guidance, and help our logistics department (more on our stocking and delivery capabilities—and customer service people—in another message) get product into the hands of customers in need of quick service.

So, at right are some images of our sales and technical pros, and a few words about each of them.  Get to know them, they're here to help.

Got sludge?  The SludgeBusters are standing by.  Mystery problem?  Not enough heat?  Production slipping?  The Submersibles will confer with you, ask deep system questions and help you get to the bottom of it.
